Foods such as meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and some fruit, help by supporting exercise without increasing body fat. We will happily assist you in learning how to eat healthy for optimal health and fitness.

  • 6 plate burpees

After each round complete snatch ladder of 6 lifts. For each lift failed - run coresponding distance
